For over five years, Everly Marketing & Events has been a proud partner in growing Dash Sports into a powerhouse in the local running and fitness community. Through strategic marketing, social media growth, PR campaigns, medical provider nights, advertising co-ops, and community engagement, we’ve helped elevate the brand and expand its reach.
In 2020, we developed the Dash Sports website, ensuring it remained optimized for SEO while continuously updating it to reflect the latest offerings. Our efforts have also propelled social media growth from just 50,000 impressions to over 9,000 engaged followers, strengthening Dash Sports’ connection with its customers.

Since we started working with The Florida Run in 2021, we have doubled the number of trail races produced and more than doubled athlete participation at all events. Our goal was to find the right strategic partners to support growth, and we secured two multi-year sponsorships right out of the gate with Publix and Orlando Health.
A key focus has been enhancing the post-race experience by offering more high-quality exhibit spaces, creating a dynamic and engaging expo area. This strategy has paid off—participants stay longer, explore vendor and sponsor tents, and keep coming back for more. Exhibitors love the face-to-face interactions, and many have returned as higher-level sponsors year after year.
Through strategic partnerships, elevated sponsor activations, and an enhanced race day experience, The Florida Run continues to grow, attracting more athletes and creating stronger connections between brands and the running community.
Our partnership with Red Top Productions (RTP) has been instrumental in growing revenue and increasing visibility for their farmers markets across Central Florida. We began by developing a strategic marketing plan to successfully launch the Downtown St. Cloud Farmers Market, ensuring a strong community presence and vendor engagement from day one.
Building on that success, we expanded our role to include sponsorship sales and social media content for RTP’s established markets, including the Celebration Farmers Market and the Lake Mary Farmers Market. By securing key sponsorships and optimizing digital marketing strategies, we have helped drive increased vendor participation, foot traffic, and brand awareness for these thriving markets.
Through targeted marketing, community engagement, and revenue-generating partnerships, we continue to support RTP in making their farmers markets must-visit destinations for local shoppers and businesses alike.
When Merideth Nagel & The Legacy Legal Team, a Clermont-based, woman-owned law firm, needed help optimizing their Google Ad Campaigns and SEO, they turned to Everly Marketing & Events for a strategic solution. Our plan:

When AdventHealth launched its new HealthPark and ER in Clermont, our team stepped in as the local marketing ambassadors to help establish the facility as a trusted, go-to healthcare destination in Lake County.
Jill led community outreach by building meaningful relationships with area schools, youth sports teams, 55+ communities, churches, and local businesses. Through strategic event activations, grassroots promotions, and guided FAM (familiarization) tours of the HealthPark and ER, we provided on-the-ground support that complemented the efforts of the corporate marketing team.

Our work with Clermont Main Street focused on elevating the nonprofit’s marketing strategy across all of its key initiatives—including the Clermont Farmer’s Market, Wine Stroll, Food Truck nights, Membership, and a wide range of downtown events.
We began by creating a comprehensive strategic plan that shaped the organization’s marketing efforts from the ground up. As the Games Ambassador and Partner VIP Manager, we coordinated schedules for 15 celebrities and VIPs for the week of the games. Provided detailed schedules for celebrity Meet & Greets throughout the event and provided on-site support during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
